       Modifying Your Order(My Cart)

To modify your order, choose the My Cart option at the top right of any page. 

To change quantities, cursor over the incorrect quantity; highlight and delete, then change to the correct quantity. 

To delete an item from your cart, click the Delete button on the same line as the item you would like to remove. 

To see your new total, click Update Cart. 

To save the order and also for checking out, you must have an account with us. Either enter your account information or create a new account.

To return an order received, we’ll provide you with a link for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

To check out, simply click the button marked Check Out. For more information, see our help section marked Checking Out.



      Before Checking Out, it’s a good idea to review our Order Information(Click on Order Information)he bottom of every web page. This Order Information Page will give you all the information you need about purchasing and returning items.

To finish shopping and check out, you may click Check Out when you select your final product and are automatically brought to your shopping cart or if you decide to check out while browsing, you may choose the View Cart option at the top right of any page. 
Review all of the items you have added to shopping cart. 

If you decide you do not want to buy a particular item you have added to you Shopping Cart, you can remove it by selecting Delete next to the item. An alternative way to remove an item from your Shopping Cart is to change Quantity to 0 and selecting Update cart. Once you are ready to place an order for all items in your Shopping Cart, select Check Out. 

To save the order and also for checking out, you will need to log in to your account. If you don’t have one, you can create a new one. We only ask for your email address, so we can contact you, as well as basic shipping and billing addresses. Once you’ve entered that information and created your own password, you will be forwarded to the next check out step – shipping and billing. Your order number will be displayed, with its date, the ability to delete if necessary, with links to update your account and a link for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Once you have clicked Check Out, you will be brought to the Shipping and Billing Information Page. If you already have an account with us, the fields will already be filled in. Take a moment to review the information and validate its accuracy. You are responsible for the information you have entered. Click Continue to be taken to the Shipping Method and Payment portion of the check out process.

Shipping Method and Payment: The Shipping price should show automatically unless your order is shipped to Canada or overseas.  Then you will need to Contact Us to get an exact shipping amount, which we will let you know and insert in the shipping amount due.

Clicking Continue brings you to a final page that reviews all your information. It’s important to take this opportunity to make sure everything is correct and as you want it. If it’s not the way you want it, click one of the selections from the tree listed near the top of the page. It will appear like this: Home Page > Shopping Cart > Billing/Shipping > Shipping Method/Payment > Review & Submit Order. Clicking any of these pages will bring you there. DO NOT CLICK YOUR BACK BUTTON.

Submit Order: If everything is fine, please hit your Submit Order button. It will bring you to a Thank You screen and a PayPal Order & Payment e-mail and a confirmation email from MyHearGear will be on its way to you shortly.
