Below is information to assist you in preparing your order efficiently.


-Order Confirmation E-Mail

You will receive an Order Confirmation & Order Number by E-Mail shortly after successfully completing your Online Order.

If you haven’t received the Order Confirmation & Number or deleted the E-mail, please Contact us by e-mail or Live Chat and we’ll be happy to provide you with the information.

We will also Send tracking information by E-Mail when your order ships. For most orders, the tracking notification will tell you who the Carrier is.

-Online (Described Above)

Once you place your order through PayPal, You will receive a notice of your payment from PayPal. This is your Invoice & Receipt. Print up a copy of it for your records and for any Warranties. You will receive your Order Confirmation & Order # from MyHearGear.

-Order by Phone or Live Chat

You place an order by phone, although we aren’t always available to take phone calls. Placing an Order by E-Mail or Live Chat is a much better way of confirming we have all the correct information for an Order.

-Order by Mail

Print up the MyHearGear Mail Order Form shown under Order Information in the MyHearGear Home Page.

Method of Payment: Make Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check, to Don Bromley.

Foreign Orders: Payment for Orders outside the United States must be in U.S. funds Only. Please E-Mail us or Live Chat us for international delivery options and for international shipping/handling costs. Canadian orders are charged in U.S. Funds and include all associated taxes and fees.

-Order by Purchase Order

Written or Typed Purchase Orders will be accepted from approved State or Federal agencies, PayPal approved businesses, and PayPal approved Dealers. Payment will be by PayPal.

-Credit Card or Debit Card. All you do is link up your Credit or Debit Card to a Guest PayPal Account(No membership signup. No financial information is shared).

PayPal uses industry-leading technology to keep your information secure When you send a PayPal payment by Credit Card or Debit Card, the seller or recipient of your Payment never sees your financial information, like your Credit Card or Bank Account Numbers.

You’re also 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your PayPal account.

If you don’t receive your item, or you receive an item that doesn’t match the seller’s description, or is defective, PayPal will step in for you and work with you to resolve the problem. Most PayPal cases are decided in the buyer’s favor.

Please Keep In Mind: The shipping cost INCLUDES handling, shipping, AND INSURANCE. So when you see an expensive watch or other smaller higher price items that have a "higher than normal" shipping cost, REMEMBER...The Shipping cost INCLUDES insurance for the value of the item. The higher the value of an item, the higher the cost to insure it for its full value.


International Orders: We Ship internationally to most countries. Please e-mail us or Live Chat us for International shipping/handling costs. We are not responsible for any other taxes or customs charges you might be held responsible by your destination’s country.
***NOTE: We cannot accept returns for any orders shipped outside the U.S.(except Canada), so keep this is mind when ordering.

Canadian Orders: We have a fantastic shipping service to Canada! MOM! (Mail On the Move). They truck our Canadian orders up from our Eden Prairie, MN. Warehouse and into Canada where they ship our orders by Canada Post. Shipping cost & delivery time is much less than UPS or FedEx.
Our Canada MOM shipping cost includes all associated customs fees and taxes. Please e-mail or Live Chat us for MOM shipping cost for shipping to Canada.
***NOTE: Since we are so close to Canadian border, we CAN accept Returns from Canada if the item is defective or customer just wants to return item for refund.


For an Additional Charge, we can deliver overnight or (2-Day & 3-Day) via USPS, UPS, OR FEDEX. Your order must be paid for(and extra shipping charges paid for) and received by 1:00PM Central Time to guarantee Express Delivery Service.

We usually ship out orders placed before 2:00PM Central Time on the same day if the item is in stock. Drop Ship Orders(direct from factory) will usually ship within 1-2 days of order placement. Most of our orders are shipped by USPS or FedEx.

You can expect to receive your order from 1-5 days(except for weekend orders) from the time we receive order. Since we are in affiliation with the largest supplier of hearing accessories, we have EXCELLENT shipping services, the best of any hearing accessorories dealer in the world.

Shipping Errors must be reported within 5 business days of our receipt of order.

Merchandise that is out of stock(factory shortage, delivery delays, parts problems, import delays, etc.) will be back ordered. We will e-mail you to notify you of back ordered merchandise and when we expect the merchandise will become available.

When the back ordered merchandise comes in, we will notify you by e-mail and send you tracking information. We will attempt to complete your order in one shipment unless you notify that you would like the part of order that IS in stock to ship immediately and the backordered part to ship when it comes in.


If any merchandise is received that has been damaged in shipping, please do the following:
1. Keep all packaging material in the same condition as it is. Claims can not be made if packing material is missing.
2. Report the damage immediately to the carrier- USPS OR POSTAL SERVICE(in Canada, Canada Post)
3. Do NOT ship the damaged package and merchandise back to MyHearGear: wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package.
4. E-Mail or Live Chat MyHearGear Customer service to report the damage so that we can process a replacement order and file a claim With the carrier.

When the merchandise is defective in some way(other than from shipping damage), Please e-mail or Live Chat us for instructions for returning the defective item for a replacement.

MyHearGear will send you a PrePaid shipping label for the return of the defective merchandise and will send a replacement free of charge(no shipping charged again). Replacement can be made only if the defective item is return within 30 Days of the original shipment date. Please see Returns and Exchanges below:


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it in it’s orginal condition with in 30 Days of the PayPal Invoice date for an exchange or refund, with prior authorization. Before returning any merchandise for refund or exchange, All Returns must be pre-authorized and assigned an RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization #).

To obtain an RMA#, E-mail or Live Chat us and we will give you an RMA#. For Prompt Service, please: -Identify the Merchandise and the Order # we gave you

-Give us the Reason for return or exchange (Yes, it can even plain ‘ol buyer’s remorse)
-Repack the merchandise carefully in the original shipping container, with any bubble wrap or popcorn packing material, and include all Instruction Manuals and Warranty Card.
-Clearly mark the RMA# on outside of shipping package.
-Send the merchandise (with the pink packing slip) prepaid and insured to: Returns 15155 Technology Dr. Eden Prairie, Mn. 55344-2277

Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect the merchandise and begin the refund process. This usually take about 10 days from the Day we receive the returned package. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned and exchanged merchandise. Original Shipping Charges are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.

We will refund shipping and handling charges(for a return) only if the error was ours(Defective merchandise, wrong item sent, sent to wrong address, etc.)

On Defective Merchandise, we will offer you a Replacement with free shipping of the returned item to us and shipping the replacement to you. If you decide you do not want a replacement, then we cannot reimburse you for returning the item to us for a refund. If your item qualified for Free Shipping, the outbound and return shipping costs incurred by MyHearGear will be deducted from your Refund.

***Any merchandise returned without an RMA # clearly displayed on the package will be delayed in the return process and possibly refuse.

***PLEASE NOTE: Software, DVD’s, Videotapes, Sanitary items, and personalized items are not returnable or refundable.

*** Please allow 10-14 days from the day we receive your return item to be inspected and for Refund to be processed and sent to you through your PayPal account or by check(if you placed a mail order).


All merchandise sold by MyHearGear is sold with the Manufacturer’s Warranty and instructions for using the warranty included with each product. Please keep this Warranty in a safe place in your records for later reference.

MyHearGear offers a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee(If it doesn’t meet your needs, return it for a full refund on the item price). If your item is defective within that 30 Day period, request a Return, an RMA#, and a Replacement to be sent.

Anything that happens to your item after 30 Days will be the responsibility of the manufacturer who issued you the Warranty. Merchandise that fails within the warranty period given by the manufacturer shoud be returned directly to the manufacturer with a copy of your purchase receipt(PayPal receipt) enclosed.

MyHearGear reserves the right to discontinue merchandise without prior notice and to correct typographical errors in price listings or to update prices that have been changed by the manufacturer.

Yes, offer Gift Certificates for any item in our store and in amounts of $15.00 or more. We can send gift certificates to your designated name and address. Please keep in mind that there will be shipping charges added for all purchases so purchase gift certificates in amounts that will also cover any shipping/handling charges.


If you are moving, please let us know your new address so we will not send your order or a catalog to an address you are no longer at. Be sure to make the address change in your PayPal account also, as that is the address we go by when shipping.

If you’re receiving duplicate MyHearGear product catalogs, please let us know which address you desire to receive our catalog at. Feel free to share any duplicate catalogs you have received in the past with others. Many of our customers share their extra catalogs with Convalescent homes, assisted living communities, and senior recreation centers.


We carefully review and select every product we sell for quality & performance. We work with manufacturer’s that are highly respected in the assistive hearing technology field. But keep in mind, we do not MAKE the products, we only SELL them.

If you are not satisfied with any product you purchase or for any reason want to return the product within 30 Days of receipt of our order, Contact us, request an RMA# for a return, replacement, or exchange and we will complete your request.

***Videotapes, DVD’s, Software, and personalized items are NOT RETURNABLE unless they are defective upon arrival.
